DNOW

Justin and I have been working with the youth for about 3 months now and absolutely love it! This coming weekend we will be leading the senior group for Discipleship Now (DNOW). For those of you who don't know, DNOW is a weekend retreat for the youth where we really focus on growing spiritually, and get away from the distractions of everyday life. We have no cell phones, no computers, and no TV.

Our theme this year is "Hope Lives". We are going to be talking about those who have lost hope in our community and in the world, and how we can help them understand the everlasting hope that we have in Jesus Christ.



Please keep the HGBC youth group in your prayers this weekend. Pray that hearts will be opened and lives will be changed.

We can't wait to see what God has in store for this weekend! I will be sure to post pictures as soon as the weekend is over.

    And to think you were in my 8th and 10th grade Dnow groups. I am so proud of you and Justin. You both will do a great job. I will be praying for you and your group!
