Zambia- My girls :)

I worked with girls ages 4-8 years old.  They loved giving and receiving hugs and enjoyed “plotting” (aka- braiding) my hair on a daily basis.  Most of these girls are one of several children and do not get one on one attention on a regular basis.  They soaked up the individual attention they received.  These girls were eager to hear God’s word and will hopefully continue to grow in Christ.

Sara (age 7)
 Modestera (Age 8)
 Christine (Age 7)
 Joana (age 7)
Blessings (age 6)- Her name was Tasila when I first met her.  Part of the way through the week she told me she didn't like her name because it meant "be done with you".  I asked her what she would like to be called instead and she picked the name blessings because she wanted to have a name that meant something happy.
 Anastazia (age 7)
 Mable (age 7)
 Yvettee (age 7)
 Mariah (age 7)
Grace (age 7)- While we were there she was in need of a dental visit due to some infected teeth and cavities.  $50 later, we were able to make that trip possible for her and get her to feeling better!
