First Day of School- I always take a first day of school picture for my mom. This makes the 21st consectutive first day of school picture. I am happy to have spent the last 4 in the teacher chair, and not as a student. So thankful for a WONDERFUL job!
Concert in the Park- Justin's work had a company outing at the Dallas Arboretum. We saw the Spazmatics (an 80s cover band) and had a great time! The chihuly nights exhibit was out, so we took a nice walk through them on the way home.
Best Friends- It was so nice to see these two lovely ladies (and their hubbies) for dinner. We need to do this more often!
Softball kickoff party- The Knights had a cookout in order kick off the fall season. It was completed with food, fun and fellowship. Maren was very excited to dig into our softball cookie cake.
Brad Paisley- We bought tickets to see Brad Paisley in concert last spring and were SO excited to go. Well, it ended up getting rained out so this was the best picture from the evening.
Dinner Out with Family- We went to dinner with family at Joe's Crab Shack one night and a family showed up with their birds! How weird is that!? They were apparently very friendly with people, however I wasn't nearly as excited to meet them as they were to meet me.
And neither was Kaylee :)
Who knew you could go crawfish "hunting" in the city?! Well folks, it's possible! The proof is in the picture!
August has been an exhausting month for Reese. We are finally in more of a routine, so he has been catching up on some sleep :)
LCA Varsity Cheer- We are off to an amazing season! With 2 games and one pep rally under our belt, we are excited to see what the season has in store for us. Kaylee even got to come to a game!
